Role Overview

Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will support clients in utilizing modern MarTech tools, including CDPs, marketing automation, personalization engines, and analytics platforms. You’ll help onboard clients, execute campaigns, manage platform operations, and deliver insights that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in client onboarding: platform setup, integrations, data mapping
Deliver training on segmentation, automation, personalization, and analytics
Support campaign planning and execution (email, SMS, push, in-app, web)
Build journeys, audiences, triggers, and personalization rules
Monitor day-to-day MarTech operations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with tech teams
Serve as a client liaison for campaign performance, reviews, and advisory
Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly insights and reports

Qualifications:
0–2+ years in digital marketing, CRM, analytics, or related fields
Fresh graduates welcome—full training and onboarding provided
Interest in MarTech, automation, data, and customer experience
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
