Role Overview
Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Enterprise Architect to lead the design, alignment, and governance of technology across the organization. The Enterprise Architect will ensure that IT investments and systems are aligned with business goals, providing a roadmap for sustainable growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, maintain, and evolve the enterprise architecture framework, standards, and principles.
Develop and maintain an enterprise roadmap that aligns business strategies with technology initiatives.
Analyze business processes, capabilities, and IT systems to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Provide leadership and direction on enterprise-wide technology decisions, ensuring alignment across business units and IT.
Govern architectural standards and conduct regular architecture reviews to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with business and IT leadership to define solution architectures for key initiatives.
Evaluate emerging technologies and guide adoption strategies.
Facilitate communication between business executives, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure architecture alignment.
Maintain a repository of architectural artifacts (e.g., business capability models, technology maps, reference architectures).
Identify risks related to IT systems and architecture and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
8–10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years in enterprise architecture roles.
Broad expertise across multiple technology domains (application, data, infrastructure, security, integration).
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments.
Familiarity with business capability modeling, IT governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and SAFe practices.
Hands-on experience in cloud migration, modernization programs, or large-scale IT transformation.
Understanding of industry standards such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO/IEC 27001.
Industry experience in Marketing Technology
