Program Head

Rey Lugtu is a veteran educator and trainer in the areas of management, business, technology, and leadership. He has trained several companies across different sectors. He is an experienced business executive in the information and communications technology sector, having led and developed teams in companies like Globe, Microsoft, Samsung, IBM, Emerson, and Nokia. He is the Founder and CEO of Hungry Workhorse, a digital and culture transformation consulting firm. He is Professorial Lecturer in the MBA program of De La Salle University where he has been teaching for 25 years; he currently teaches strategic management and digital transformation. He is also a lecturer in the FEU Graduate School of Business where he teaches leadership, entrepreneurship, governance, and negotiation. He is a Program Advisory Panel Board Member of Malayan Colleges Laguna for its marketing courses. He was Adjunct Faculty of Asian Institute of Management where he taught digital transformation.
