Drew is the Chief Operations Advisor of Peritus Knowledge Services Corporation, a boutique consulting company with a sharp focus on big data analytics and data-driven business programs. He has over 25 years of international experience implementing Analytics, CRM and Decisioning systems and processes.

He is accustomed to working in an international environment with delivery experience across APAC, EMEA and the US. His highlights include HSBC in Hong Kong, SMART/PLDT in Manila, Telstra and Foxtel in Sydney, Orange (Group Role) in London and US West/Qwest in Denver.

In his most recent role, as HSBC APAC Programme Lead, he led the implementation of CRM, Digital and Real Time Decisioning projects in Australia and China with technical, business process and commercialization aspects

Some of his career highlights include implementing Real Time Decisioning systems and processes, creating a B2B Analytics system with models and campaigns, and driving an EMEA batch decisioning implementation for outbound campaigns. He finished a BS in Computer Science from Denver, Colorado.
